New Technology Coming Soon to Our Monument Branch

temp atm outage at monument. Feb 13th @ 4:30PM through Feb. 17th @ 8:30AM.

We’re excited to share that new technology is coming to our Monument Branch to help make your visits even more convenient, efficient, and flexible.

Soon, the Monument location will feature Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)—a modern way to complete many of the same transactions you’re used to, with the added benefit of live, personal support from a CODE Credit Union teller.

Temporary ATM Outage During Installation

As part of the ITM installation process, the Monument Branch ATM—located where one of the new ITMs will be installed—will be temporarily out of service during the following timeframe:

Thursday, February 13 at 5:30 PM through Monday, February 17 at 8:30 AM

During this outage, members are encouraged to:

  • – Visit a nearby CODE Credit Union branch, or
  • – Use a surcharge-free ATM through Alliance One or CULIANCE

We appreciate your patience during this brief interruption as we complete the upgrade.

What Is an ITM?

An Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) looks similar to an ATM but offers much more. ITMs allow you to connect one-on-one with a live CODE Credit Union teller via secure video whenever you need assistance during normal business hours.

This means you’ll continue to receive the friendly, knowledgeable service you expect—just with added flexibility and shorter wait times.

What Can You Do at an ITM?

With an ITM, you can complete many everyday transactions, including:

  • – Cash withdrawals and deposits
  • – Check deposits
  • – Fund transfers
  • – Loan payments
  • – Live assistance from a CODE teller during business hours

To use the ITMs, please be sure to bring your CODE debit card and a valid photo ID, which are required for access and verification.

What Does This Mean for You?

This upgrade allows us to serve members more efficiently while maintaining the personal service that’s important to us. ITMs help reduce wait times and provide additional convenience—without removing the human connection.

Our team will be on-site during the transition to assist members, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable using the new machines. We’re confident you’ll find ITMs easy to use and a helpful addition to your banking experience.
