About The CODE Foundation
The CODE Foundation was organized and is operated exclusively to provide funds to charitable organizations and certain individuals throughout the Miami Valley in the spirit of the credit union mission of “People Helping People”. The CODE Foundation is a non-profit, Public Benefit Corporation. The board meets quarterly to discuss donation requests and fundraising efforts. Our largest fundraising effort is the annual golf outing.
In 2025, the CODE Foundation was able to support the Miami Valley Crime Stoppers as well as 6 additional charities in the Miami Valley whose missions are to address food insecurity and support the needs facing our communities. Those charities include The Foodbank, BOGG Mobile Food Pantry, Northmont FISH, Neighbor-To-Neighbor Food Pantry (Kettering), St. Vincent DePaul and Operation Veteran Caregiver Support. Depending on the funds we are able to raise, we hope to be able to make like donations again in 2026.
